Health Checks

The following information is required from yourself to enable SMB Accountants to act on a free health check on your behalf with the South African Revenue Service (SARS):

  • SARS Tax Refference Number
  • Copy of South African Identification Document
  • Signed Copy of the SARS Special Power of Attorney to Tax Practitioner Form
    Definition: The TPPOA – Special Power of Attorney to Tax Practitioner: This form is used by a Tax Practitioner to whom authority has been delegated by an entity (Company/Individual/etc.) to represent the entity with regard to tax affairs at SARS

Submit your documents and query to our Support Team, stating in the subject line “Health Check”.
